Below is the link to Sonshi.com's interview with Sir Robert Fry, a lieutenant general and an award-winning essayist who caught our attention with his Forbes article "Best Leadership Teacher Of All Time," showing his ability to explain concepts with clarity and succinctness reminiscent of Sun Tzu himself.

Very difficult for them to be angry fundamentalists when they are too busy going to work and supporting their families. On the other hand, there's a clear problem when their workplaces destroyed and family members dead due to bombings by foreign forces.

Great interview Sonshi! I especially appreciated Mr. Fry's pithy responses: a true indication of intelligence.

And then comes the post-traumatic stress disorder that severely disrupts the lives of those, on both sides, who survive such a horrific war, often for the rest of their lives. Sir Robert Fry's article gives us hope that wars can one day be reduced, and perhaps even become a thing of the past. |
